Hi, I'm Mike O'Donnell

I live in Lakewood Ranch and know the real estate market here very well. I have helped clients buy and sell homes and lots up and down the Gulf Coast of Florida. I also know the builders in the area and have coordinated the purchase of new builds for clients.


I am a licensed broker in the state of Florida and a member of the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee. My specialty is luxury homes in Lakewood Ranch, with a special focus on The Lake Club (where I live). I am an experienced, full service broker, so don't let the low commission fool you!


My commission structure for selling properties is 1% for homes selling for more than $2M. On the buy-side, my commission is negotiable depending upon the services desired and depending upon whether or not the sell-side is offering a buy-side commission. I typically rebate half of the commission offer by the sell-side to my buy-side clients.


I can afford to offer a low commission because I don't have the overhead that many brokerages have, yet I have access to the same or better listing and marketing tools. I enjoy putting more money into the pockets of my clients!\



On average, I save most of my clients more than $50,000 in fees!
